Network Support Analyst

Fruit Growers Supply Company has a vacancy for a Network Support Analyst in our IT Department, reporting to the IT Manager.

Job Location: Ontario California

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to other locations for hardware and software support
  • Monitor and maintain network components (TCP/IP/DNS/Switch/router/firewall)
  • Troubleshoot and support Citrix XenApp 7.6 environment
  • Monitor daily/weekly backups using Veeam
  • Troubleshoot and support VoIP
  • Implement and maintain desktop and network security
  • Provide Help Desk support to include application support for Office & SAP/Point-of-Sale
  • Maintain IT controlled equipment including physical inventory

Secondary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • On Call duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • B.S. degree or combination of equivalent education, experience, and/or certification
  • Three years or more IS/IT experience
  • Three years or more hands-on experience with TCP/IP network administration
  • Help Desk experience with ability to troubleshoot over the phone
  • Dell Compellent SAN experience a plus
  • Microsoft Certification a plus
  • VMware Certification a plus
  • Citrix XenApp Certification a plus
  • Linux experience a plus
