With organic produce sales on the rise in California, there’s never been a better time to attend the Organic Grower Summit. The annual event will return to Monterey in December, taking place at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on December 3rd and 4th, 2025.
Now in its eighth year, the Summit is an opportunity for organic producers, suppliers, and leaders of sustainable agriculture to come together and help elevate the organic farming community. Workshops and lectures will focus on a variety of topics, including food safety, biodiversity, food marketing, market outlooks for 2026, organic certification, and the use of advanced robotics in organic agriculture. There will also be a live demonstration from the CDFA California Dog Teams, whose canines are trained to detect imported fruits, vegetables, and other prohibited items that might contain pests or plant diseases that could harm California’s crops.
