Over 100,000 people attended the 2026 World Ag Expo last month, along with 1,179 exhibitors. One of those exhibitors was Fruit Growers Supply, back for another year of face-to-face conversations with our customers and hands-on displays of our irrigation projects.
Sam Baldivia, our longtime irrigation sales manager, was there for all three days of the farm show. He says that foot traffic seemed slightly slower this year — a result of “how hard the farming industry has been impacted by tariffs, and the prices of fruit and nuts going down,” he explains — but appreciated the opportunity to speak with the growers who’ve always supported FGS. For Baldivia, that support is a two-way street.
“It’s important to all of us that we talk to the customers, help them the best we can, and maintain the legacy of Fruit Growers,” he says. “We’re at the Ag Expo to support them.”
There’s already a date on the books for the 60th World Ag Expo, which will be held from February 9 through 11, 2027.
